Veni, Vidi, Vici – Vanguards, Cougars Conquer Section V Tourny
They came, they saw and they conquered. Springfield and Sun Valley stormed into the 2009 Class AAA District One Section V tournament at Haverford High School last Saturday and made the sectional their personal playground as the two programs one-two’d the field, taking six individual championships, 14 precious medals, one team title and the MOW award on the way to qualifying 18 wrestlers for Districts.
